Lifestyle is the simplest yet the most crucial component of having an effective wellness plan, yet is often most commonly overlooked. We live in a very busy environment and sometimes we forget about our good lifestyle. I mean we work to attain a better quality of life having the necessary things that will help us live a little better like affording that big screen tv (yes, this one is necessary), the nice car (yes, this one is necessary too), a nice house (a big yes!), good quality food (an even bigger YES!), ect. ect. But what is also very important is the quality of our life like, how much sleep do we get every night, do we even have good quality sleep? Another is do we even have the time and energy to even exercise? We all have stress, so what can we do to lessen it or have it eradicated completely? Lastly, how much time do we have for ourselves?
One solution is to have complete time freedom. If we have more time, we'd sleep better, we'll have time to exercise, we'll be well funded also to eradicate much of the stress that we have and of course, we will have all the time for ourselves. Being well funded is the only way we'll ever have the time freedom to have a really good lifestyle.
How can we be well funded? Well Robert Kiyosaki said that the 3 Greatest Assets in the World are owning a Business, owning Paper Assets, and owning Real Estate, but Real Estate and Paper Assets are headed down right now so the only way to attain time freedom to get a better quality of life is to own a business that will generated income month in and month out with no worries to you. Right?
One might say building a business is hard and takes a lot of time and sure it does. It takes effort to build a high-rise building, but once you're done, it just keeps standing. Working smart today will lead to time freedom tomorrow and that is what I have learned and the path I am personally taking and that is what I am sharing with you.
