"How to Build a Large Successful Multi-Level-Marketing Organization"

This is such a good book.  For anyone who wants to succeed in Multi-Level Marketing, this is a very important read.  Just as important as reading Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki among other books.

This is an easy read as well.  It took me one evening to finish the book.  It is that easy to read.  This book helps you answer and differentiate Direct Selling, MLM and Pyramid Schemes.  This book also teaches  you how to be effective.  One highlight I want to point out is one of the napkin presentation #5 which is "Ships at Sea,"  it explains 3 ships:  The Gold Ship, The Silver Ship and the M.T. Ship (M.T. for empty).  In many cases, I am guilty for doing this, I have worked with the M.T. Ship (people who don't really work in MLM).  It says that we should focus our efforts in working with Gold Ships with the cargo heavy with Success.

There are many tidbits in this book and I myself will apply this towards how I develop and run my organization.  This is great for doing 1 on 1's.  1 on 1's in my opinion are far more effective than doing big meetings when initially introducing the Products & Business Opportunity. This book gives us the ability to have posture and give us a correct map to developing organizations.  Yes, we are passionate about the products we represent, that is why we do the business, but that alone will not help us develop organizations.  The Basics will teach us how to develop a successful MLM business.

Furthermore, from all the self-help books and motivational audios I have been listening, it all points out to Multi-Level Marketing as a great opportunity to get us LifeStyle Living Entrepreneurs get us where we are currently to where we want to be.

Multi-Level Marketing allows us the education and training to be winners in Life.  And as Robert Kiyosaki puts it, It's a Perfect Business!
