Too much fat is the enemy! There are many health issues linked to excess fat. But how do you combat the fat in today's world? There are so many temptations with Billboards and TV Commercials that entice you to eat the really good tasting yet fatty foods! I used to go to school near a Hooters in Chicago and right off the highway exit to my school is an enormous billboard with a Hooter Waitress with ginormous boobies of course holding a plate of buffalo wings. Effective advertising eh???
I attended a doctors lecture and he said that humans love the taste of fat. We are designed to like fat because back in the old days, food was not as readily available as it is today. So, to fix that, our body's love the taste of Fat and likes to keep the fat because it expects a famine. But today, where is the famine (no where else but Africa - so sad...)? So combating the fat in todays world in our country, it seems like a loosing battle.
In all honesty, I promote good health & wellness and the importance of fitness. I promote entrepreneurship and business development as well and the number one business asset anyone owns is their temple: their body. But, I do have a weakness for burgers. Hey, I treat myself too. It tastes good! Also, I love beer and I'm Filipino so with beer, I love side dishes typically called Pulutan in the Philippines. In America, beer is served with nuts, but in the Philippines, it is fried pork galore, garlic muschrooms, lechon ect., ect. Not healthy when these sessions are "all the time." But it is okay to treat yourself but in MODERATION.
Moderation is key in Combatting the fat. That's it!

See, our brains don't tell us that we are in fact full until 15 minutes has past. So that 15 minutes is where we do much of the damage. Also, ourbody has a tendency to over eat because it is looking for nutrients that should be found in the food we are eating but not there.
